Depression may also have met its match with Moringa. When researchers administered 200 milligrams of Moringa leaves with 10 milligrams of the antidepressant drug fluoxetine, they discovered that this combination produced the highest antidepressant activity in mice models. Consumerlab.com posts that 5 grams a day marine collagen lowers A1c by a significant amount. That is coming from a M.D. lipidologist. It is buried in the research for marine collagen. It says 2.5 grams a day doesn’t do it.
